As an employee in customer service you are the first contact person for our customers. Work with CRM tools and organize customer feedback so that we can constantly improve our service level. With your friendliness and courtesy you will satisfy each of our customers.
- You support our customers professionally via telephone, e-mail or chat as the first contact person
- Review and documentation of security features and fraud attempts.
- You independently process inquiries from existing and new customers and deal with their wishes and questions using the latest CRM tools.
- With the help of customer feedback you identify problems and positive aspects of products and processes and pass them on.
- With friendliness and competence you ensure that our customers are satisfied and receive individual support.
- Working hours: Full time (40 hours) or part time (25 hours); from Mon-Fri, 07:00 - 18:00
