FRAMEN is looking for an HR Manager for 10-20 hours/week in Berlin. You have full responsibility for recruiting, relocation management, contracts and employer branding. You will also be the interface to HR payroll and work closely with the team leads. Benefit from a great start-up team, a lot of responsibility and a good level of flexibility.

Who you are:

  • You are responsible for the entire range of recruiting, interviews, contracts, employer branding and onboarding.
  • You support our international expats in the relocation process
  • You implement HR systems together with other staff units
  • You develop a pleasant working environment for our fast-growing team
  • Close cooperation with the founders and department heads

Who you are:

  • You already have more than 3 years of professional experience in HR
  • You are familiar with HR systems and data
  • You are familiar with contracts and German personnel law
  • You love working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • You have an intuitiv feeling for the perfect new employees
  • You have the self-confidence to implement courageous decisions
  • Excellent German and English written and verbal skills are vital
