We are looking for an outstanding office manager for our Berlin office, which is highly international and dynamic and full of passionate people. Our Workplace Team is critical to the operation of our offices and works together to ensure that the working environment is always in line with our culture and values.

Who you are:
- Management of daily needs and activities in the office and in the facilities
- Support of communication, organization and general business requirements as needed
- Organization and realization of team events and celebrations
- Proactive follow-up with internal stakeholders to gather feedback. Create metrics that measure the success of the office operations team and implement improvements as the offices grow
- You are the professional in administration when it comes to running a business in Germany, so you know which suppliers can handle orders for everything from office snacks to event technology.
- You keep projects on track efficiently by managing the right people, materials and support needed to get the job done
Who you are:
- At least two years of office administration and how to build an office from scratch, you have not only learned the basics of office logistics, but you can also tie a knot blindfolded
- You listen to others and are sensitive to every style of communication, and this makes it easy for anyone to talk to you; others trust you and feel comfortable coming to you with all the information, so that any problems that arise can be addressed before they turn into fiery vortexes of bad vibrations.
- You are a confident, clear communicator with empathy for everyone you meet.
- You are constantly looking for ways to improve our workplace and culture in accordance with our core values.
- You are proactive, helpful and customer-oriented
- Strong written, reading and oral communication skills in German and English You have the ability to interact with our multicultural team
