Who you are:

  • You will assist us in roll-outs and strategic cooperations with the locations that want to join our network and actively develop concepts for individual onboardings
  • You will discuss the technical and logistical conditions with the customer/partner on site and creatively find the fastest and smoothest way to get the screens at this location online
  • You will verify each location with its screens and insure that our quality standard is met
  • Your technical skills will help us to solve problems quickly and smoothly
  • Close cooperation with the sales team

Who you are:

  • You have 1+ years of working experience within an operations team
  • You have a good academic record with a University degree in, ideally, IT, Engineering or Business
  • Strong problem solving, time-management and prioritization skills together with the ability of writing emails and making calls to our partners
  • Tech savvy, likes to fix devices, have interest in the latest technology
  • Can independently coordinate development projects, work across the functions with to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions
  • You are highly organised and can manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • You have excellent German and very good English communication skills, both written and spoken
