  • Expansion and growth of the sales strategy to continuously generate sales
  • Goal-oriented management and control of your sales team
  • Active marketing of our advertising space to well-known customers
  • Implementation of tandem appointments and coaching your sales team
  • Participation in the recruiting process to build your team

Who you are:

  • Several years of professional experience in sales as a manager
  • Strong sales skills and enthusiasm for customer acquisition
  • Experience in conducting job interviews and the right sense for sales professionals and talents
  • Communication at eye level, ability to work in a team and willingness to work together as a colleague, are what distinguish you
  • Good command of written and spoken German
