About the Trainee Program:

  • The goal of the Trainee Program is to get an insight into four different departments in a fast-growing start-up
  • At FRAMEN you'll learn the 1x1 of marketing, sales, strategy, and app development in 4 stages. You will go through the Trainee Program together with other trainees
  • You'll learn how to set up a tech startup and come along to meetings with well-known customers
  • After 12 months, if you perform very well, you may even be given leadership responsibility. If your performance is outstanding, you can participate in the success of the company within the framework of our Long-Term Incentive Program. This gives you the opportunity to participate in worldwide successes or an exit or IPO (just like first-time employees on Facebook or Google)

Who you are:

  • Independently research potentials and prospective customers
  • Support the marketing team in content, social media and performance marketing
  • Support the Business Development Team and work closely with the founding team on strategic decisions and their implementation
  • Get to know the technical side of our start-up and use customer insights to optimize the product
  • Define KPIs with Google Analytics, report and develop optimization proposals

Who you are:

  • Completed studies in a relevant field (business administration, marketing, business informatics, management, etc.) or comparable completed vocational training
  • You have good analytical skills and ideally some experience in the start-up or B2B sector
  • You love to master exciting tasks, develop yourself further and take on responsibility
  • You are eager to learn, highly motivated and are looking for a challenge and exciting tasks
  • You are interested in and have first experience with topics like: Online, SEA or performance marketing, tracking, retargeting, tag management, A/B testing and analytics, and Google Analytics
  • Good command of written and spoken German
